BRYERS was founded in 1978 in Truro, Cornwall by founder Kenneth Bryer and since that time has grown from a sole proprietor practice to a boutique firm of significant reputation.

The growth of the firm over the intervening years has seen an expansion in its capabilities with the addition of a dedicated team of Patent Attorneys capable of handling a wide range of technologies, including mechanical, electrical & electronic engineering, semiconductors, telecommunications, microprocessor & memory technologies, physics, chemistry, biotechnology, medical devices and software & IT systems, and an expert team of Trade Mark Attorneys and Solicitors able to assist clients to protect, enforce and exploit their brands, with experience in a diverse range of commercial fields, including food & drink, healthcare, fashion, retail, renewables, financial services, publishing, agricultural services & supplies and consumer decorating requisites, as well as expertise in providing services in the charity sector.

Our expansion has been carefully managed and assisted by the addition of skilled support staff and industry leading information systems. We have embraced online filing and we continue to look at ways to improve our practice and to provide an even better service to our clients.
